I placed and order with Home Depot at the end of February for a new opener and insatallation.... I heard nothing for weeks. Weeks went by...Nothing!!!!. I called again. When I finally got a person they sent me to another number. I called there..... again nothing. Finally I got somone who scheduled my installation for today, April 24th. I believe they would have never called me if I had not called them. They told me between 2 and 3 PM. Anthony is an excellent technician who works fast but takes the time to explain his trouble shooting actions as he moves along.
