The Titan Garage Services representative arrived exactly on time. I was given reminders the day…read morebefore and when the rep was on the way. I had an unusual project, installing a cat flap into a steel door. I don't know of anyone who does this type of job on a regular basis. The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job. And the cost was fantastic. I was shocked at the great price - usually contractors charge an arm and a leg. He even did a lubrication of the hinges and springs on my 2 garage doors after installing the cat door. This place is great. I highly recommend them.

Now there is a problem with the garage door opening again. I was told if the any of the rebuild under warranty needed repair or replacement that would be covered including labor, but I would be charged $99 for someone to come out to look. Otherwise if it was something else, the repair would needed to be over $300 to get the $99 fee credited towards the cost of the repair. Both are inappropriate. I should not be charged to determine if something under warranty is the problem. And the minimum of $300 is excessive, to get the $99 credited toward the cost of the repair, as if a repair is over $99 and can be done on the same call. the $99 should be credited toward the repair.
