The shop first upsold me to replace my good condition Costco tires with Advanta brand tires without explaining they were low quality. These Advanta tires leave black rubber marks on any concrete driveway. After the tire change, my car still shook violently over 60 mph and pulled to one side. They then replaced the control arm with a low quality aftermarket part, charged me for it, and the problem continued. After multiple failed visits, I took my car to another mechanic. He replaced the SAME arm with a genuine quality part and the shaking/pulling stopped immediately. Car now drives perfectly.So I paid this shop for: 1.Cheap Advanta tyres I didn't need 2.Low quality arm that didn't fix anything 3.Still had to pay again elsewhere for the correct fix Overpriced, uses cheapest parts, and cannot properly diagnose alignment/suspension issues. The front staff was very pushy about selling tyres.

They only had 1 employee helping with appointments having priority (obviously). After awhile another employee came out to help the walk ins but I guess we all needed new tires this day because we all took a good 15-20min. When it is your turn, they are very attentive and dont rush you. I wasnt surprised to learn i needed new tires because I didnt rotate them at all in the last year. 4 tires for a little under $1800 out the door. It took about 3 and a half hours. They closed at 5p it was done about 4:20p. I think the price of the tires are justified due to the insurance you get with them if something happens (my last review was in 2023 for another car and those tires didnt fail me at all!) They do have bathrooms and a small seating area as well as a 3 seater bar type table with outlets. 5 min walk to a lot of places to eat. So far so good and will continue to come here for my tire needs

I went in for a simple tire-pressure adjustment to 40 PSI. Afterward, I pulled over in the same parking lot to check their work. Sure enough, every single valve cap was barely screwed on. ALL FOUR. They were so loose they could've easily vibrated off while driving. I had to tighten every single one myself. If you can't even finish something as basic as adjusting tire pressure and properly replacing the valve caps, why would I trust you with anything more important? Customers shouldn't have to double-check your work just to make sure you did the bare minimum.

This was my first time coming here but I did so because my co-worker recommended Mission Tire…read morebecause he has been coming here for years. I hate trying to find honest car spots for my car needs. I came all the way from Livermore because he said this place was worth it. Well, he was not wrong! It only took a little less than 2hrs for me to get a set of new tires and an alignment. The environment is comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with is so kind! They didn't mind that I set up my "office" in their waiting room so I can work while they did the job. There were some senior citizens waiting and the staff showed them so much respect and kneeled down to speak with them to show they were not just "customers" but, they are there to take care of them. That touched my heart. After my car was done, I was told that I get free tore rotations and that they can also do an oil change at the same time as it is recommended to do both at once to keep everything top notch. I will FOR SURE make the drive to Hayward to do that every 3,000 miles! If you need a reliable, honest, & quick place for your tire/car needs, this is the place!

At some point in time a lot of the self service auto parts was turned over to Advance Auto - I'm not sure the relationship if there is any at all - but the parts store was great when it was run under the Pep Boys leadership. I've always liked how friendly the Pep Boys side was for car repair. Sometimes I even come by with some extra oil when I do my own oil changes and the guys there let me drop off. This is a great full service auto maintenance spot if you don't like the dealers. It's usually quicker and cheaper too. Right now the Advance Auto Parts next door has signs up that they are moving or going out of business. Would be great if Pep Boys takes over again like they once did years and years ago.

Also the hardware for said brake pad was sooo loose & when you get a set of pads, the hardware comes with... so i just see a whole lot of "lack of care" in the service that was done & not inspecting the product before placing it on the car is a rookie move imo. let's just say i won't be coming back & now that they fucked up and made me learn how to do my own pads, this is a lesson learned.

Upon parking, I was greeted and I told about the issue I was experiencing. Shagan and his crew are wonderful; they took my car in right away and I waited in their lobby. After a few minutes, I was told that one of the sensors was dead and another one was close to dying, so I went ahead and got them replaced. The total for everything wasn't too bad compared to where I was originally planning to go.. a bit less than what the other place was offering, but the service here was great! Didn't need to wait too long for it to be done and my car was ready to go; all in all my visit was only 30 minute I recommend coming to Ace Tire and Wheel. No need to wait super long to get service done, and the staff is really welcoming and friendly! They have my business from here on out! :)
