25 miles on bikes compliments of EZ Ride
MIgs M.

We live on the east coast and decided to visit Las Vegas for some MTB escapades. Thank goodness, EzRideLV was there to offer their great E-bike rental services. With no reservations, I can say, EzRideLV is outstanding! Highly recommended to those who want to explore the stunning beauty of Vegas' Red Rock Canyon on an E-bike. The owner, Laurent, was nothing short of friendly and professional. We booked our reservation on its website, hassle free, no hype or hidden fees. We were picked up and dropped off to our destination on the dot. The e-bikes we used were in excellent condition. Overall, we had a positive experience and the service is remarkable. It's a must to explore the breathtaking scenery of Las Vegas on an E-bike and EZ ride is the best choice to make that happen. Guaranteed, no buyer's remorse or purchase regret. We'll be back next year for sure

Kinda weird how we ended up in Vegas...we were supposed to be in Cabo MX. We aren't gamblers. We love nature, the sun and a little adrenaline which is how our little group found our way to EZ Ride Las Vegas. We wanted to see Red Rock Canyon without hiking. Tanya and her son, Steven, own and operate EZ Ride LV. According to Steven, they started this business about 3 years ago and own about 15 electric bikes. Rather than book my boyfriend and I online, I called. I'm full of questions. How far, how long, can ya get lost, is it safe? Do you pick up at our hotel? Tanya was easy and accommodating. 22 miles, round trip. About 3.5 hours. No. Yes. Yes. I booked us. Then, a few hours later I learned my son was making a surprise visit from LA, so I booked him, using the online form. A waiver is signed. If you die, EZ Ride is not responsible, typical waiver. Your height is necessary for making sure a correct bike fit happens. Tanya confirms by text and email and BOOM! Steven meets us at the hotel where we are staying the morning of the trip. We drive to a park where we are briefed by Steven on the bikes, safety rules and map of the route. I'm 5ft tall, 63 years old. I was a little nervous, as it's been a while since I've ridden a bike and I've never been on an electric one. My bike was just a tad too tall, I struggled a bit to get off and on and towards the end I was tired and more nervous. Breaking a hip became the joke of the day. Lo and behold, I did not break a hip. First and foremost, don't let the "electric" of EZ fool you. You have to pedal. It's not like a scooter. The motor gives you a good boost, but you get a great workout! From the park, it's a straight shot, about 2 miles to the entrance into Red Rock Canyon. What a BEAUTIFUL way to experience the loop through the park. Ups and downs, lots of winding roads, plenty of breathtaking views from the numerous pull offs along the route. This day, there seemed to be very few cars on the loop, so we felt like we had the run of the road. We pedaled and motored to the end and when we arrived to the meeting place, Steven was waiting. We climbed into the truck and headed back to the hotel. Along the way, Steven even asked if there was anywhere else we wanted to go. Long story, long, it was an AMAZING morning and I couldn't imagine seeing Red Rock any other way. DO IT!!

What a fabulous way to enjoy beautiful Red Rock Canyon scenic park area. These comfortable EBikes are well maintained and were setup for each of us. Tanya did a great job of explaining the operation and safety of using the bikes. We had a fun ride stopping along the scenic route to enjoy the sites. There were 5 of us of all different athletic abilities and each of us were able to exert our desired amount of energy on the EBikes. We could all stay together but also get a workout if desired. I would highly recommend Tanya and Steve, they are caring, attentive and responsibly operate their business.

My brother and I love bike tours, and book them whenever we travel. Not being gamblers, drinkers, or club people, we wanted to experience a different side of Las Vegas. The promotional information regarding the self-guided tour was something that peeked our curiosity and would fulfill that outdoor activity we were looking for. The booking process was one of the best I've ever experienced. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I was impressed at how quickly I received my detailed confirmation information, and a personal text from the owner (Tanya). Every question I could think of was answered, and then some. Tanya was extremely thorough with directions, and meeting locations. You have choices if you'd like to be picked up at your hotel, or meet the guide at a designated location. We decided to drive to Summerlin and meet at the predetermined location. It was a short 20 minute drive from out Vegas Strip hotel. Steven our guide was there waiting for our arrival. We boarded his vehicle for a quick 2 minute drive to the training location. Prior to unleashing you on your own, Steven provided a very thorough breakdown of the operating system of the electric bike. He explained each aspect of the bike in detail. There is absolutely no way you will leave the training location unprepared. We took some time to get comfortable with the bikes, and were allowed to practice in a very large park. It was nice because there wasn't any traffic or distractions while the practice session took place. Once we felt comfortable and Steven was confident we could handle the e-bikes, he lead us to the starting point. We were provided maps, but prior to departing, Steven made sure we understood the different locations, and the path of travel we were to take. Armed with our maps, and complementary bottles of water and granola bars, we were off and on our way. If you're an outdoor person, you will love the ride, the scenery is breathtaking! The electric bikes make the ride truly enjoyable, and allows you to take in the beauty around you. There are several photo locations throughout the park to get that perfect picture. These are not fully motorized bikes, but rather electric assist. You will still put in some work, but nothing near what you would do on a regular geared bike. We weee able to get in a great workout even with the electric assist. Help is a phone call away. My brother's bike began to experience loss of power about 3/4 of the way through the ride. We phoned Tanya, and Steven was right there within 10 minutes with a new bike. We finished the ride strong because support from the team was fast and efficient. We took the ride in mid January, and it was 39 degrees at the start of our ride. I would suggest a warm jacket and gloves, especially when you begin to descend down the mountain. We were prepared, and never suffered from the cool temperature. This is a family business, and they are a wonderful team. They are organized, attentive, and caring. We've biked around the world, and this was one of the best tours we've taken. If you're looking for something different and fun to do while in Vegas, I highly suggest this tour. You won't be disappointed!

Just went on the Red Rock Canyon scenic loop ride on electric bikes thanks to EZ Ride Las Vegas. This is a fantastic way to see the park at a pace that helps you enjoy the beauty of the area and breath in the fresh air and soak up some sunshine. We were met by Steven in the designated meeting spot on time where he shuttled us to the start of our trip. They were on time and the bikes were in good working order and we were starting our ride from a local park just a few minutes later. The provided two bottles of water and a snack in the pouch attached to the handle bars which also had a map of the entire ride. Steven then provided us with some directions about riding the bikes and we were off. I used to do a lot of biking so I was glad to be back on the bike and amazed at how cool the motorized assist was on the bike. This ride is not strenuous and the different motor settings allow you to pick the level of assistant was right for you for different parts of the ride. The roads that you ride on all have a designated bike lane, or the road in the park is one way, but wide enough for two lanes I never felt like the cars were close to me. There are plenty of pull offs as well that allow you to stop and enjoy the scenery. We stopped at most of the pullouts to take pictures so the total ride time was about 3 hours. We had a great experience and I would recommend this activity for anyone who like to be outdoors.

I had a blast riding an electric bike for the first time around red rock! This is a great outdoorsy activity to do with family or by yourself. The man from the company met us at a nearby location, taught us how to operate the bike and then sent us off to red rock. It took us a few hours because we kept stopping but would recommend to do while it's not too hot outside! Thanks EZ Ride!

I signed up an EBike self guided tour with EZ ride, Tanya contacted me and provided me all the info upon signing up as well as checking in a day before the tour. Her husband came to meet us the morning of and gave us the bikes. He took us to a near by neighborhood park to make sure we are comfortable with our bike before sending us off to the red canyon park. The park is super nice on a spring morning this time and not too hot. The EBike was easy to ride and definitely a big help when going uphills. Tanya and her husband both were super accommodating and informative , definitely a great experience to do off strip and would go again!!

Lisa C.

This is my second time using EZ ride, my husbands third. We always enjoy this unique experience and a chance to get away from craziness of the strip. We use EZ ride each time we come to Vegas. Whether you're not super active or the most in shape person, this bike tour is for you. This family owned company have always been awesome most than hospitable, flexible, and caring. We can't wait for our next visit.

These bikes are SO much fun! Tania and her husband are wonderful and the drop-off/pickup was super easy. Cruised around for multiple hours- great exercise while the added power gives you just enough boost to not get tired out :) Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience with this company. From the booking, to pick up at our hotel, the instructions and support, this family owned business was a 10 across the board! The bikes were in fantastic condition, they provide water and a snack and we enjoyed the entire ride. This is a bike ride and you need to be a competent rider but my friends and I ride regularly. Tonya took care of us and was a delight, and we met her son and husband during the bike set up and unloading process. Highly recommend this experience.

Dan W.

A small Family Owned business that cares. First, picked up from our hotel, then safety checked out on the electric bikes, but.... they wanted to ensure we would be warm and offered us gloves and jackets. Take them if they are offered! They know the ride and the conditions and will give you the best experience possible. The van was waiting when we finished and overall it was a top-notch fun ride.

Red Rock Canyon 22June2019 sunrise ride

Tanya, (plus her husband and son,) makes sure every rider is fitted to a bike that fits each person's height and weight. I'm short and not thin, yet I had no trouble riding up the Red Rock Canyon mountain slopes. The ebike fit my husband so perfectly that he rode with both arms out on some portions of the tour, because he could balance so well. Our experience with the people (EZrideLV) and the equipment (ebikes) are two reasons we think everyone should claim this adventure for themselves. This ride gives you awe inspiring desert views you can't get any other way. We took the sunrise tour and brought camera equipment. EZrideLV offers you the chance to ride the canyon at your own pace. We stopped for pictures and video any time we wanted. We were able to catch up and pass the other four members of our group several times. (They had a 77-year-old woman who made the ride!) This is an adventure tour anyone, in good health, should put on their bucket list. Us? Can't wait to get back to Las Vegas and do it again.

This was the highlight of our trip to Vegas. We choose the sunrise bike ride to avoid the heat. Tanya met us close to the park, gave us instructions, fitted us with helmets and gave us info about the park along with a map, both printed and texted to our phone. Each bike had 3 cold bottles of water and a granola bar packed in a small bag on the handle bar. This bag had a map pocket that was perfect to hold our phones. We rode 24 miles in a little over 2 hours and were back to our vehicle before the heat of the day. Everything went perfectly. Our bikes performed flawlessly. The power assist made all the difference. My wife and I are in our early 60s and we were concerned how we would do, not having ridden bikes in years, even decades in the case of my wife. Other than a bit of a sore butt, I was amazed at how good I felt afterwards. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone in at least fair physical condition. Go early and enjoy cooler temps, better lighting and clearer air quality for better photos.

Booking was easy online and communication through text made it easier. We opted out of the self -guided tour as that would require us to bike from the cycle rental place for about 5-8 miles on the shoulder of a two lane highway to get to the Red Rock Canyon park entrance where the paved trail started. That was too uncertain for us. Of note, all the tour rental companies in this area for this type of self guided excursion will probably have this requirement. Hence, we chose the guided tour so that they can meet us directly at the park entrance. Once in the park, the paved trail is wide BUT you will share the trail with cars/vehicles so need to pay attention. There are plenty of amazing pit stops to explore and take pictures. It was pretty much up to us where to stop along the 15-20 mile park loop. E-bike a must as the incline can burn your legs. There is a modern visitor center at the start for restroom breaks but there are cabin outhouses along the trail. Highly recommend.

I confirmed the day before the trip and assured we would sit together. We were picked up by a shuttle exactly on time and taken to Excaliber and transfered to a bigger bus. Not the same bus as online...but it was big and airconditioned. We were handed a blue plastic bag with a packaged cinnamon roll, banana, & a bottle of oj. Our seats were reserved with our party name and we all sat together. We were happy with our sitting arrangment. Steve our bus driver had lots of good info about Vegas, Hoover Dam, & Grand Canyon. Yes, it was corny at times but we enjoyed his humor. We stopped for a photo opportunity at the dam for 15 mins. Which was plenty enough time for us. We watched a movie on Hoover Dam and NationalTreasure on the way to GC. When we got to GC we got out box lunch that consisted of a turkey sandwich, chips, cookies and bottle water. I opted to eat my lunch later... Still full with breakfast bag of goodies. We decided the free Blue Line shuttle from Bright Angle to Mather Point. Please do make the mistake we did and take the stop at Mather Camp Ground. It's not the same.. Wasted time waiting for the next shuttle... Once at Mather Point did we set our eyes on the grandure of the Grand Canyon. Can't believe how fast 3 hours goes by. It wasn't long till we boarded the Blue Line back to Bright Angel to meet up with our tour bus. Be sure to take your bio breaks at the rest areas and the Grand Canyon. The bus driver can't stress enough that the bus bathroom is strickly for emergency use only. On the way back we stopped at the same Kingman Subway rest stop. Kids were starving on the way back... So Subway was great to have on the way back. We slept for most of the ride back to LV. Yes, we had multiple drop off stops. But considering the 8-9 hours round trip drive... Taking a tour bus to Grand Canyon is a great alternative. My young boys will have memories of a lifetime. And my husband and I had a relatively stress free trip to GC. All in all I would recommend a tour bus to Grand Canyon.
