He came out and took measurements and gave us a bid that was broken down by room and square foot. Then we bought the flooring at Lowes. We gave him a 1/3 deposit since the job was over $1k. He picked up the flooring at Lowes and Kevin installed it. We even made a last minute change / addition and Danny was fine with it.
