They transferred my number to a new sim so all of my contacts had my number still, despite me not having theirs! They also informed me of a range of good phones that could suit my individual needs, and helped me to set up a BlueBook account an online account that in future, would save all of my contacts etc on my phone so that, in the future, if I lost my Sim Card, I'd have everything saved! Brilliant! Very Helpful in this place.

Mobile broke under warranty they offered me a mobile that was fit for a museum and wouldn't work then left me for 2 weeks with no phone for this time period disgraceful customer service. Had major problem trying to get out of orange company disgracefull no phone signal service and to add injury in spite of numerous letters phone calls and registered letters the contract was reniewed without my knowledge or permission. Car phone warehouse would not help or acknowledge the problem. Take my advice stay well clear of Car phone warehouse and more importantly orange who will just rip you off while using every loophole of the law to get away with it. Want a mobile phone? Then buy the phone elsewhere cheaper then get if you prefer a contract then deal directly with the provider themselves rather than using middle ground agents. Use your head don't give your hard earned money to these kind of people so that they can laugh all the way to the bank.

I wheeled my disabled father in the Ballymena Tower centre shop today 7th May 2021 around…read more3pm-3.30pm . As entered the shop I saw a young girl standing chatting to some fellow on the left side of the wide entrance. When we started to look at the phones on display we were shouted at across the floor from this girl we can't come in we have to get in a queue. you are going to have to leave. I said to her I 'll just not bother to which she replied "Ok Then" sarcastically THERE WAS NO QUEUE OUTSIDE THE SHOP AND NO VISABLE SIGNAGE TO TELL US THIS SYSTEM. There was also no one looking at mobile phones in the entire shop. Apparently there were a coulpe of scattered people sitting on benches 20-30 feet away from the shop waiting to be called. I can understand restrictions with Covid but bad manners yet again in this store. I went to the same store last year and a young girl yawned right in my face as I was asking her for assistance. I would like to add Dave in the store is great pity about some others who let him and the shop down. We returned home and bought the phone from Amazon. So much for supporting local O2 store that girl just lost a £699 sale

Only downside is that they are very pushy at trying to get you to buy every visit but this seems typical with most mobile phone shops. If you can, try buying online you will get a better deal
