Worst experience of my life with slow service talked me into a contract phone with orange which caused even more problems. Mobile broke under warranty they offered me a mobile that was fit for a museum and wouldn't work then left me for 2 weeks with no phone for this time period disgraceful customer service. Had major problem trying to get out of orange company disgracefull no phone signal service and to add injury in spite of numerous letters phone calls and registered letters the contract was reniewed without my knowledge or permission. Car phone warehouse would not help or acknowledge the problem. Take my advice stay well clear of Car phone warehouse and more importantly orange who will just rip you off while using every loophole of the law to get away with it. Want a mobile phone? Then buy the phone elsewhere cheaper then get if you prefer a contract then deal directly with the provider themselves rather than using middle ground agents. Use your head don't give your hard earned money to these kind of people so that they can laugh all the way to the bank. read more
