Long story short, they picked up the generator from my house, repaired it perfectly, cleaned and tuned it up, and then delivered it back. Beckett came out, gave me a bid which I thought was reasonable, pulled the permit and had his crew do the work. Two things stood out to me, firstly that they actually cleaned up the area they worked in, I didn't have to pick up nails etc., and that they got the work inspected by the city and the permit closed out quickly. Smooth, easy, no BS, would highly recommend. They even helped me figure out a problem on a kitchen circuit I had issues with while they were there. It was a small project, probably not a huge money maker for them, yet they still provided top notch service and quality of work.

Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond.
