The center armrest looked real bad and was beat down by the sun and heat. Over the last 2 months what started out as a small tear, began to crack and spread at an alarming rate. I found the skin tailored for my car on eBay for 20 bucks. Brought it in to Al's and they took the armrest off in under 5 min which allowed me to not be out of a car and told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back in two hours and was charged half of what they quoted me for over the phone. Which was reallyyyyyy affordable. Impressed with the work and customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I initially had an appointment but…read moreneeded to reschedule because I was going to be out of town by the time the repairs were to be completed. Rescheduled for 7/23 @8 am as I needed the earliest appointment in the day as possible. I had my partner adjust her schedule so she could pick me up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I got there early, checked in, and stepped out to stand by my car as I was told my assigned rep was in a meeting. After 10 minutes, I went back in and the rep informed me he had someone ahead of me (who arrived well after me). I told him I explicitly requested the earliest since I had to be out by 8:30 and he guaranteed it. He said "no one told me you were here." He said he could reschedule me. There were several reps there and one of them could have helped but didn't. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. He said "okay" and returned to do work on his computer. Then the two reps were arguing in front of customers when I walked back in to ask a car me moved so I could exit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. The rep that checked me it was the only nice part of the experience.

After 4.5 weeks, we found…read moreout they reused the same bumper cover and apparently thought glue and wood screws were an acceptable repair method -- just enough to make it look decent to an untrained eye. Thankfully, my girlfriend brought me along to make sure the repairs were actually up to Tesla standards. What we found was unbelievable. In my opinion, Crash Champions has truly "innovated" the automotive industry with the creation of Tesla-certified wood screws and glue technology. Maybe SEMA Show should feature this groundbreaking repair method at their next event. We dealt with "my name is Jeff," who looked completely puzzled and claimed he didn't understand why his team would do this after it was brought to his attention. As a result, we had to wait another additional week on top of the original 4.5 weeks. This is Crash Champions, people -- craftsmanship at its finest.

First, I asked him for their online promotion and he flat out refused to honor it. I decided to just do it anyway and paid him upfront--which was my mistake. Always inspect the project before you hand over your money. The final job is terrible. There are bubbles all over the place. When I pointed it out, he completely lacked accountability and blamed me, claiming my plate was "old and dirty." The license plate is literally less than two months old. Shoddy work, zero professionalism, and a garbage attitude. I'm taking my plate somewhere else to get it done right. Avoid this place.

Very disappointing experience. I would not return to this shop…read more After a hit-and-run, GEICO recommended this body shop, so I decided to give them a try. Check-in was quick, but unfortunately that was about the only smooth part of the experience. I was told my SUV was ready, so I returned my rental car based on that information. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the bumper had not even been installed. I called the following Monday and was told this was a mistake. I finally picked up the SUV two days later. When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed that the bumper had a very noticeable difference in paint color compared with the rest of the vehicle. I understand that matching older paint isn't always perfect, but this was obvious. I pointed it out to the manager, and instead of acknowledging the issue, he denied that there was anything wrong and said it looked good. I wasn't comfortable with that response, so I contacted my GEICO adjuster and sent him pictures. He agreed that the difference was noticeable and said he would contact the shop. The bumper itself was painted fairly well, but the overall experience was frustrating. There were delays, incorrect information about when the vehicle was actually ready, dirty spots left on the vehicle, and overspray. What concerns me most isn't that mistakes happened--mistakes can happen anywhere. It's the lack of accountability when those mistakes were pointed out. I expect a body shop to stand behind its work and acknowledge legitimate concerns instead of dismissing them. I've included pictures so people can judge the paint difference and finish for themselves. I would not use this shop again
