Building management sent Papermill and I was not expecting anything more than the minimum acceptable quality. Boy was I mistaken! Not only did they fix everything in under a day (including laying down and hanging plastic sheeting to contain any mess) but they took a paint sample and came back the next day and painted. By the time they were done the area they did actually looked better than any other part of my ceiling! The paint was a perfect match and there wasn't a speck of dust to be found.
