Initially, we reserved 10 tubes and the night before, we realized a few members weren't going to make it. Mindy took my call at 8pm (not expecting this :)) and refunded us for the unwanted tubes. The worst experience you could imagine! We had reservations for two pontoon boats for July 11,…read more2020. We drove two hours to get there and upon arriving we were told they didn't have our reservation. We had four different vehicles in our party all driving at least two hours away. 13 people in total. The so called manager on site had to contact the owner by text as does everyone. He used the same method I used to communicate attempting to make reservations. Took two days to reserve the two boats. He stated he got in contact and was told they had put in their books that we had a reservation for the following Saturday instead of when we actually did and what my receipt stated. They said sorry but you can come back next Saturday. The so called manager stated he had to talk the owner (Mike) into letting have our money back. (I had to prepay in order to reserve boats). It also appears that the property was poorly maintained, the boats looked like they barely ran and not well taken care of. Never again!
