My son was sick with RSV and Bronchitis and I was not allowed to work from home I had to borrow from PTO due to the lack of a sick policy that is not in place. When I returned to work I provided documentation of why I was out, the following week I was summons for Jury Duty the next day I WAS FIRED! I never missed a day of work until my son was sick. Peggy Boyd said oh we love your personality your locations love you but "I just feel you are not a good fit long term" LET ME SAY THIS THE AMOUNT OF FAKENESS THAT Exudes throughout Corporate Office is absolutely insane! They act like there is a Cohesiveness but it's sadly mistaken! One of the worst experiences of my life! There is no stability no job security and definitely no trust! I kept my head down I was kind to everyone but that got me no where! So not only are they auctioning bad cars they FIRE LOYAL EMPLOYEES!
