As fate would have it I dropped by sunglasses and scratched the lens. I brought them back to purchase new lens under my retirement vision insurance Sun Life. Some Customer Rep name Kim informed Sun Life was auditing Focus Eyewear and Focus will not be doing claims through Sun Life ever! Kim was going to charge me 100% MSR for new lens...no reduction in price ..no discussion...no nothing....I kindly said I was going else where .......Kim.....very rudely turned her back to me as I said it was very unfortunate I had to go elsewhere....btw I was a repeat customer....WAS!
