I have dual insurance and she seemed annoyed because it would cause her to contact the insurance companies, which she wasn't fond of doing. Today I called and was informed that there is no order, no paperwork, no anything of my eyeglass order. She just dismissed the order because it made her more work, even though it is her job. Absolutely horrible service. They also did not acknowledge my secondary insurance towards the co-pay of the eye exam, and I am not getting reimbursed for that.

It has been difficult to get an accurate prescription because I've had retinal surgery on one eye and I have an issue with floaters and the things that come with aging eyes in general. The staff was all very kind and upbeat. Dr. Richards was wonderful and very professional. I told her the problems I've had in the past with what appeared to be over correcting on my previous prescriptions and she adjusted my new prescription accordingly. I purchased sunglasses too and my vision with both pair of glasses are perfect!

The girl took me back question why I was coming in told her mainly I needed the vision field test done she said ok. They took me back to see Dr Hansen ask what brings me in today told him the samething a least a couple of times they said that they did not have me down for that what it was the main thing I needed. Dr they ask if I would come back tomorrow or late this week. They he finish the exam took me out to look at glasses which I did not want to get until after surgery and he agree it would be a good idea. So we when back to talk to the office manager (Chris) which I heard her very loudly tell him they cant do it bc they was short staff ( again not my problem) she told him she has 2 doctors in the rest of the week and over 200 pairs of glass on her desk to order right now(not my problem) She was so Disrespectful to Dr Hansen talking to him like that. She proceeded to come out and talk to me in the same tone of voice and said that they did not have time . I did call her rude and walk out. This person needed to be write up or fired. I believe I was the customer and not my problem she was short staff. They had many time to let me know and reschedule. 1 when I first walk in to the appt or called me to reschedule. 2. When the girl took me back. 3 when I saw Dr.Hansen. Rudeness was very wrong.

Took them back and re-explained the issue. Did an exam which showed I was correct. Lenses sent back and corrected. This past July I dropped off frames to get new lenses. Explained again and was told I was overdue for an exam. I stated this prescription was working perfectly and was not necessary. He looked up my coverage in VSP, said "You've got good insurance and your exams are free." Turned down the exam. Not necessary. Prescription fine. Paid my deductible. Next morning, he calls me dayong the insurance company turned it down without an exam and wanted yo schedule an exam. I turned it down and told I'd be in to p/u my frames and refund. I immediately called VSP who stated they received yhe request that's pending and did not/would not tell them that. I returned and picked up my frames and refunded copy.
