These frames are not cheap and the lenses are even more expensive so to say that I was disappointed when I picked up my glasses and the Tiffany pair broke as soon as I put them on, I was heartbroken. My daughter's wedding was in a few days in England and opti club actually offered to overnight the glasses to England for me. I declined the offer because I know how mail can get lost especially going overseas. When I came back a week later, my glasses were ready and I again drove to Pensacola to pick up my Tiffany glasses. I wore them two days, and they broke again in the same spot that they broke originally at opti club! I was devastated! Opti club ordered new Tiffany frames and the glasses are great. I didn't like the fact that I had to make 3 round trip visits to Pensacola (I live an hour away) but the ladies were so nice and the fact they offered to overnight them to England speaks volumes. Also, opti club gives a full year warranty on their glasses not 30 days like everyone else!

Then the same lady had the receptionist CALL TRICARE to confirm what I had already told them. He had to take time off work for this exam, we had both our kids with us, it was a hot mess. His original exam time was 4 pm, then they were unable to get through to Tricare because *hello* it's now 5:30 pm. Needless to say, we did not get seen. I DO NOT recommend this place. Referred to Dr. Concool and his amazing staff at Panhandle Vision for cataract removal, I expected improvement but I got a miracle instead.
