She was so warm and friendly, that she made me feel so comfortable I truly didn't feel any discomfort during my threading session. The salon is very clean and P maintains it well, including during her session. She has amazing new store specials such as $7 for eyebrow threading! I know run, don't walk!! Parking can be fickle if you're trying to get a meter, but around the corner on Broxton is the 2 hour free public parking lot which made it for a quick and easy walk over. I went in thinking I could just jump right back in to the color, highlights and cut I used to have. Unfortunately, after that illness and age, my hair had irreversibly changed and was too weak to take the processes it would take to make my "fantasy" happen. Naz was honest with me, empathetic and kind..she gave me realistic suggestions and "held my hand" throughout, used products that actually helped my hair and educated me on how to use them. I didn't walk out with the fantasy, but I did walk out with healthy, beautiful hair with a great cut. My husband noticed my hair right away (after 20 years of marriage this is a rare occurrence) and thought it looked amazing.
