Once I found Diana all of that changed and I haven't gone anywhere else sense. I always get compliments on my brows even between waxes. She makes it very easy to make appointments on the vagaro app, so there is no guess work about her availability (I do recommend booking several weeks in advance because she fills up quick). I've sent everyone in my family to her and she has even done micro blading for my mother. I would recommend her to anyone looking for fabulous brows!

Pragna has been doing my waxes and my lashes for over six years now it's always phenomenal service. If you want just her you can request her or you can try her other employees. I feel most comfortable with Pragna. Pragna has learned me she knows exactly what I want and how I like my services. She doesn't push others on me. Pragna is very personable and friendly! Her business is always clean and she and her staff are very professional. They provide your service and get you in and out.. if you're into waxes, lashes or henna I highly recommend this salon!!

We had Stefanie and she was amazing. She was so thorough, told my daughter exactly what and how she would do it and made my daughter feel at ease. She even made an outline to show her exactly where she would be removing the hair. The worst part for her is always the tweezing and she did not even feel it. After the hair removal she covered up the redness and used some of their product on her eyebrows. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back. This is worth the extra money to have it done here.

I'm so disappointed. When I got home and looked in my magnifying mirror, I noticed the entire area of my left cheekbone hadn't been waxed, the upper area above my lip and lower lip still had numerous hairs and the jawline was lots of peach fuzz. Also, I believe the full leg wax includes your toes and mine were not done. I think Kaylee needs glasses, more light in her room or more training. She only has you turn your head for the left face waxing. Easy to miss a lot that way. When hair is very light it is hard to see, but she's the professional?? It took an hour so I think she is brand new. Don't waste your money.
