Just a few sessions at Mathnasium have improved his opinion of himself and what he can do enormously, and he has an A in math right now. TLDR: Austin GMAT review + Application Consultant services are top tier. Scored in the 82%…read morepercentile and got accepted to 3/3 programs I applied too with scholarships. I highly recommend Austin GMAT review for all your business school needs. I took the GMAT prep course with Dr Amar and he is one of the best instructors I've had. He breaks the test down barney style and covers everything you need to know. Every question I found on a practice test and the real test is derived from concepts he taught. I ended up taking the course twice, as the first time I wasn't able put adequate effort into studying, because I was still in my undergraduate program. Be forewarned, if you do not do all of the homework's and periodically review previous concepts throughout the course you will be in for a rude awakening when you take the GMAT. Everything you need to know is in the course, but its your job to retain it. Dr. Amar was nice enough to allow me to repeat the course a second time and I ended up taking the executive assessment where I scored a 155 (82% percentile). In regards to the application consultant services provided by Elaine. I can't recommend her enough. I was on a tight schedule to apply to two programs within a couple weeks and she was able to fit me in. She spent countless hours helping me brainstorm for the essays, reviewing them, and editing them. The finished products were amazing. I routinely had conversations with her late into the night and she made her self available to me whenever possible. She was able to completely redo my resume for me and was able to identify things I didn't even think about putting on there. She also helped me with all of the short answer questions on the applications, how to enter my work experience and extra curriculars. As a veteran, I used ServiceToSchool to apply to my undergraduate program, and while my ambassador was awesome, there was definitely a stark difference in the ability to provide information about the programs. Elaine's experience with different programs was invaluable, since she's helped so many students apply to these programs, she was able to tell me things that I was not previously aware of, such as different opportunities and in depth knowledge about the cultures/career outcomes etc. Elaine's interview preparation was on point as well. She essentially nailed 95% of the questions that were going to be in the interview and helped me prepare my answers to them. The ones she didn't tell me verbatim were just slight deviations from what I prepped for and were easy to answer. Elaine's consultant services are truly all encompassing, whatever your needs or questions she will go above and beyond to help. I can't thank the Austin GMAT team enough. In conclusion, with Dr Amar's & Elaine's help I was able to get accepted to all the programs I applied too, (2x top 20, 1x top 10) with 50% scholarships.

He always made himself available for me to discuss any questions or address any concerns I had, which was an invaluable resource. Elaine was amazing during my applications process. Whether it was her advice on how to present myself during interviews, her ability to understand my goals and aspirations for my essays, or her steadying hand during the tough parts of the process, she was always able to go above and beyond for me. Ultimately, the thing that I really believe sets Dr. Amar and Elaine apart from anyone else is that they truly do care about the person behind the test and applications. I could not have been more impressed with their work and the results speak for themselves as I was accepted into three M7 programs. I strongly recommend Austin GMAT Review to anyone looking for MBA test and applications counseling.

Heck...even i was confused and challenged by the TAKS weird questions and other assignments. So i reluctantly surrendered and found Lacie Taylor of Taylor-Made Tutoring. And what a great find. Five minutes after meeting Lacie you will feel comfortable with her and her methods. Her warm, calm and encouraging approach to teaching various learning methodologies is something i could never do. And so my daughter took to her lessons immediately, i am happy to say. She has responded very well and the improvements she has made are a great reflection upon Lacie's skills as a teacher. Another benefit to Taylor-Made Tutoring's math program is that they offer an in-home tutoring option where instead of having to drive in and out of Lacie's place of business, she has other tutors on her staff who will come to your home for the lessons. This is a valuable alternative at times. Taylor-Made Tutoring offers tutoring from elementary levels to very high math courses and we will likely be using her summer math camp to really get ahead this year.

We just received her first quarter grades this afternoon - she's in the pre-AP program and has an A average! The best thing about Lacie's program is the emphasis on developing sound study skills. We feel this has benefited our daughter in other academic areas. Thank you, Lacie!!!

Ms Siugi allowed us to have Kai sit in one of their demo classes previously to see if he would do well when he was 3 and it was a hit! I always love seeing how all of the kids quickly absorb and have fun interacting in Chinese school! Ms. Siugi is such a positive influence of joy who has a wonderful crew of staff to interact with every child with personalized attention at drop-off, and gives parents a recap of their child's progress at pick-up. Her curriculum utilizes games, songs, activities, and crafts/art to keep kids engaged and excited to learn. I appreciate there is homework that we as family can do together and there's always a weekly video recap sent of what the kiddos learned so i get to follow along :) As an American born Chinese now parent who grew up speaking Mandarin but has lost much of it, I am cognizant of want our kiddo to get as much exposure to speaking Mandarin as possible and play based Chinese immersion classes with Ms Siugi is a treat to make it fun for the kids. We're so thankful for how great we get the chance to allow our son to learn in Austin about his culture and making it fun is what I wanted so he could see another side of learning that I grew up with in Houston and my Chinese parents. From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team. The owners, teachers, and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and it's so clear that every decision they make is rooted in supporting each child's well-being and developmental growth. One of the things that stands out most is their dedication to nurturing children's natural curiosity. They create an environment where exploration and discovery are not just encouraged--they're celebrated. It's amazing to see how engaged the kids are every day, and as a parent, it's such a relief to know your child is in a place that values their individuality and creativity. We have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Yvette and Ms. Melva in the infant class. These two wonderful teachers are truly a gift. Their love, patience, and attentiveness shine through in everything they do. They're also professional task jugglers and should teach a masterclass on how to attend to multiple babies at the same time. For instance, Ms. Yvette is especially impressive with how seamlessly she handles task switching--whether she's feeding one baby or capturing a sweet moment of another, she never misses a beat. Ms. Melva on multiple occasion seamlessly feed multiple babies at the same time. It's remarkable how Ms. Melva and Ms. Yvette are able to juggle so many responsibilities while always staying present and cheerful with the kids. We can tell that this is not just another for-profit daycare/school, and that the owners as well as staff really do enjoy being around children, taking care of them, and supporting their growth and development. It's evident through Ms. Prasanthi and Mr. Ashok and the entire staff's interaction with every child that entered the school door, and it's most apparent through Ms. Prasanthi's ability to remember every child's name in the school as well as greeting them with a warm smile and little details about their lives. In short, we feel so lucky to have found The Goddard School of Pflugerville. It's more than just a daycare--it's a place where children are truly seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Highly recommend!
