I reached out to Joel with B&B to see if they could quickly help me get several plaques for my company made in a short amount of time. He made it very simple to do business with them and was able to pull a file from where my company had placed a similar order three years ago. This was all unlike a local competitor who I had to hold while he 'booted up his computer'. Joel was extremely helpful and not only did he get them completed in the time frame I needed them, he offered the best price in town! B&B definitely has my business for life. Professional, efficient and friendly is how I would ultimately describe them. In fact, I'm returning for a trophy and a mailbox marker for my home soon.

They are the same company as My Office Innovations, and they sell their stuff on eBay and Walmart…read moredot com! They have an overrated feedback rating of 83%. I ordered (4) 3-ft Startech extension cords. They sat on it for 2 days, and didn't go out until 2 days later. Then, UPS got the package lost. They are STILL LOOKING FOR IT. I filed a complaint against these DROP-SHIPPERS to the Better Business Bureau. Because I filed a complaint, that's when this DROP-SHIPPING company refunded my money and had the package requested to be returned back to the sender... Good luck to them because they'll probably never find it. Their poor rebuttal to my complaint against them on the Better Business Bureau was a joke. It doesn't really prove anything about how they sat on it for 2 days before it finally got shipped out. I placed the order January 16th and the order didn't get shipped out with UPS until the 18th. Since then, I saw no movement so I opened an investigation on the lost package. Anyway, I just ordered from STAPLES DOT COM, the VERY SAME BRAND EXTENSION CORDS AND LENGTH FOR MORE THAN 20 DOLLARS ***LESS***, AND STAPLES DOT COM SHIPPED THEM A FEW HOURS LATER ON THE SAME DAY!!!!! This company LIED on their Better Business Bureau "rebuttal" to my complaint that they were part of Staples dot com!!!! My Office Innovations sounds just like George Santos!!!!! They lied about not giving me a refund because I have it right in my email that they refunded me and requested that the package be sent back to the sender.... What LOSERS this company is!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you ever see this name or "My Office Products". They're all bottom feeders! Go to Staples dot com and order through THEM and have them ship or order to pick up at the store. It's the best way.

Don't go in there expecting to drop off your pictures and go on your way. No, framing here is a collaboration, an experience. They will spend ages helping you pick out the perfect frame, while all the time talking about your life and theirs, and when you think you're done, you're not, then you have to pick out the mats. They know how to make a simple photograph or picture really pop out with double matting or colored matting. They are very creative and take their jobs very seriously, while at the same time having a great time doing it. Oh, and they do a great poster framing deal too, for cheap!

I also paid extra for anti glare protection on the lenses for my sunglasses and can say, it was well worth it! There was a huge selection of frames to choose from and it made me indecisive. After settling for three pairs of the cheaper frames I sat down to order. The total was going to be around 120 for all three pairs. The salesman was very patient. I ended up not getting the three I originally picked out and purchased two Coach frames instead. I used one frame for sunglasses and the other for regular glasses. They feel lovely on and came with coach eyeglass cases. I could not be happier with this purchase! I have never worn glasses so consistently. I absolutely love them. I paid 450.00 for everything and it was worth every penny. The glasses arrived in 6 days! The staff members and doctor were all very friendly and polite. We will go to this location for our optical needs in the future.
