The girls there are very nice and create a comfortable atmosphere. Scheduling appointments has always been easy to do and convenient. They are great at appointment reminders and communication. After a few weeks I have seen some great results. You need to put the effort in yourself, by following their directions and working out but it has helped with that stubborn belly post baby fat that never seems to want to go away! Although the techs were very nice I did not see the results I had hoped for. I paid for roughly 14 sessions and did not feel I got anything. The bigger issue was when I had tried to cancel an appt (that was pre paid ) because I had to pick up my granddaughter I was told I would be charged a $50 dollar cancellation fee even though I was paid in full . I tried over and over to explain that this could not be helped and how could you charge me for something I had already paid for. The lady was very robotic and wanted to punish me for not obeying the rules. I told them to charge the fee and I had no interest in completing my services(had 3 remaining) and I would be writing a review about my experience. She then said she could waive the fee this time. I told her no, just charge it and I would never be back. I don't like companies that are all smiles when they are getting your money but, the moment there is an issue you see with real culture and character of the business. To be 1000%, I don't see much of a difference but I went into my sessions knowing it wouldn't be a MAGIC solution. These sessions should be paired with a healthy lifestyle and LOTS of water.
