When asking questions about my health, she did not write down what I told her and made snide remarks about my history. I have Type 1 Diabetes and she marked down Type 2...totally different things. They gave me a referral for Type 2 and I keep receiving things in the mail from them about Type 2. I have called them multiple times for them to change it and they won't.

I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! I ordered contacts and they were ready for pick up within 5 days (slight delay due to the Christmas holiday). We HIGHLY recommend!!
