She talked to me as if I'd never used a card reader before, and then rolled her eyes when the reader would not read my card the 2nd time. (I tried both the chip and the slider.) She did not offer to manually enter my card data and would not accept a paper check. Damn, but I miss AffordaCare!

One had fallen off a roof, the other one was in a car wreck, so I did not mind waiting for them. I was greeted with a friendly smile and very courtesy helpful personable attendant. And they dr and all the nurses were very professional and I had all the confusion in the world in them. It was the Saturday before July 4th and they were busy but I was in and out within 1 and 1/2 hours. Considering all that I was very pleased with them. I will certainly returning if I have a need . Didn't get a call from this girl saying because I haven't returned their test. She will not schedule me too do the colonoscopy. That's not how it's supposed to work. I'm beginning to wonder about this place and I see now why they have two stars. The PA I've been seeing is amazing but they could use some help, especially on the last little girl that called me. You don't withhold a colonoscopy just because I haven't done that test at home. I'm trying to force me to do something I don't wanna do. That's not how it works.

Anyways as anybody should know, the first impression of any business would be the front desk personnel or even how things are portrayed when you first walk in, this place was so clean inside and out you would also believe that it would probably have been open for just a week or something. These people here really do have the "Wanting to help you" attitude and even threaten me to the other Clinic where I could get a more thorough exam on what I needed. This business is the smaller of the two and you could find it right across from the larger HEB that is built here.

THE BEST URGENT CARE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I was pet sitting in town when I became violently…read moresick. I called ahead to explain my symptoms, and when I walked in, the receptionist already knew who I was. I was alone and could hardly stand. She gave me the paperwork and a puke bag right away. As soon as I started trying to fill out the paperwork, I became violently ill in the waiting room. The staff immediately rushed over to me and brought me back into a room, despite the incomplete paperwork. The entire staff was very concerned about my condition and stood very close to me while medication was administered. I was even walked to the bathroom and monitored. The nurses encouraged me to stay as long as I needed. Once I felt well enough to leave, the staff recommended items to recover from being extremely dehydrated from vomiting for so long. The receptionist went out of her way to help me to my car, while Carissa asked me where I was staying and encouraged me to go straight there and not make any stops and just to rest. She DOORDASHED me Liquid IV and a few other things to help me, knowing I was alone pet sitting. She called me an hour later to follow up with me after hours and sure enough, I had a delivery at my door. And thank goodness because I needed to get straight to bed. I have never had this kind of service and care at any urgent care. They were not just nurses and staff, they displayed a level of concern of that show how wonderful they are as humans. I got there and waited about thirty minutes and then was told the wait was over another hour. They said they don't honor appointment times over walk-ins so you just end up at the back of the line. I didn't have time to wait since I waited for the appointment time. Just beware not to make appointments and walk in instead.

The lady who took my blood pressure was nice, friendly and conversational. (Sorry I didn't catch your names). But the doctor was awesome. Super cool guy. Personable, friendly, approachable type, talkative, professional. Doctor Cooper, "coop" was cool. Diagnosed my issue within 30 seconds. Got me a Prescription at Walmart pharamacy going. From walking in and being seen, to getting my meds at Walmart pharmacy it was seriously no more than an hour. 20 minutes in the urgent care. 25 waiting for the Rx to be filled at Walmart.

After meeting with J K Willis, we were very impressed. He listened to our symptoms and talked through what it could be and what it couldn't be. He was very helpful and cared about us.
