My WHOLE point was. You cannot obligate people to services. They don't know what the price is for and you don't give them an estimate. And by the way, the owner never actually offered me services or anything . She just argued with me about her pricing until I told her I didn't want to come back for anything and then she said oh I was gonna offer you to fix your color.... after we had a really frustrating and combative conversation- would you feel good about spending HOURS at this salon having color fixed?????No thank you. like she literally called to argue with me.
