Once you get out there are not many places to stop for fuel, snacks or to use the restroom. Stephen's Grocery and Hardware has a large selection of things from your basic C-Store items to some things for camping or minor household repair. The day we stopped there were numerous other customers in line making small purchases. NOTE: The restroom inside the store is locked and there is a sign saying for customer use only, so you have to make a purchase to get the key. I guess this is to stop the random tourist from coming in for a bathroom break. The restroom was clean and neat and worked on our stop. The prices of the C-Store items are much higher than what you will find in larger chain C-Stores but they probably pay a lot more buying in smaller quantity and there is not any competitor in the area.

All of the above!), they've got you covered. There's also a gas station. Out front is all the normal stuff, with automatic pumps. Off to the side, you can get diesel and 100% gasoline (no ethanol or other additives). No credit card reader there, so you have to go inside, but nice to have. We're putting 100% in our two supercharged vehicles right now and my husband is sure it makes a difference. ;-)

Almost every one of the air lines for tires had been cut off. Several of the spools had the lines missing completely. The one I was able to use had air on the line but had weak pressure. I walked in and asked the clerk about it and she said "what can we do? Truck drivers are thieves"! My jaw dropped at her comment. So now I am driving another 20 miles to the next truck stop and holding my breath the tire doesn't blow. The Pilot needs to take better care of their pumps and air lines. Do better Pilot! I thought really, but then I was enticed to go in because of a fake cow under the price sign. I guess the question is why did that get me in the store lol. When I walked in I was impressed of the size, not Bucee big but much larger than it looks out side. It resembled the size of a Wawa. It was more organized than a Wawa. It has the massive fountain and slurrpee machine most new gas rations now have and the variety of snack were plentiful. The aisles were nice and wide. They had a massive walk-in beer cooler ( which they call the beer barn), but also a 8 foot craft beer cooler case. I never saw so many kinds of craft beer available at a gas station. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. They also have a restaurant Calloways in the gas station. I will review this separately, but it had ample seating and help at the counter. The best was the Gas was as cheap as Costco. I don't know if that will be always, but it was the day I went. I definitely will be going back to eat and get gas with great prices like that.

The shop was very clean, well organized and it looked like they had gotten a ton of new items and new storage to put up all their merchandise. So I am excited to come back and see what they have! They had the cutest candles in old fashioned mild containers, Christmas ornaments, tshirts, hoodies, and jewelry. They had food as well such as milk, eggs, butter and some pantry items like popcorn and noodles. Definitely a one stop shop! Must see! Wonderful customer service!

The food is one of the main reasons we stop at Buc-ee's instead of a regular gas station. There are so many options, and I really like seeing the new food and snack choices they continue to put out. Every time we stop, it seems like there is something different to try. The selection of Buc-ee's snacks, popcorn, crackers, jerky, sweets, and other items makes it hard to walk out with only what you came in for. Another thing I love is the cheap fountain drinks. When you're traveling and making several stops along the way, it's nice being able to grab a big drink without paying ridiculous prices. Of course, the bathrooms are another huge plus. They were clean and well maintained, which is something Buc-ee's has built its reputation on and one of the reasons it makes such a good road trip stop. Plenty of gas pumps, clean facilities, good food, tons of snacks, quick service, and just about anything you could need while traveling. Buc-ee's is more than a gas stop for us.
