For example, this morning, I gave up after about ten minutes of pumping and only receiving 3.5 gallons of gas. This issue has been going on for months. I asked, Ray if I should come back in if I do not use the entire amount? He said yes. Because sometimes it will put it back on your card, and sometimes it willnot. After pumping my gas, he wasn't able to print me a receipt for the $18.01 that I had pumped. But I had my original receipt for the $50 credit I paid him. He then showed me the screen on the register that didn't show my transaction. I had to leave to get to the airport. But I took a picture of the pump, the pump ID number, as well as the name and location of the store. I believe this is some sort of hustle by this guy. I reached out to their corporate offices who are now investigating my case.
