This place is hands-on and detail-oriented. I went early on a Sunday, was third in line, and spent about an hour there, which I didn't expect at first, but I quickly realized it's because they're incredibly thorough. My car had been parked under a tree for over 16 hours, covered in the usual dirt and grime, and they polished it right up. They even tackled some tough spots I thought would be too stubborn to clean. My car is usually outside, so some of the plastic trim had dried out and hardened--but they took care of it without me even asking. It wasn't something I expected from a basic exterior wash, but they went above and beyond to clean, brighten, and even restore some of those areas. Everything was hand washed, dried, and handled with so much care using their own products. I'm genuinely impressed and will absolutely be coming back.

Pricing is average. It's a little rundown, not horrible, but it's a gas station. The reason I'm writing this review is because of the customer service. Granted the surrounding area may not be ideal, however that offers no justification for an employee being slightly rude and annoyed with a newly arriving customer . Story. I went inside and paid for gas, exited and selected my option on the pump but the gas would not come out. Initially I didn't want to go inside, but there was no option to pay at the pump . Pump number seven screen flashed with a message that stated you must go inside to pay. Back to the story, I went inside for the second time to inform the clerk that the screen kept flashing and did not give me an option to select my gas, although I made my selection it just wouldn't work. I simply said that the pump was not working. He asked me what was not working, I replied that the gas wasn't coming out and that the screen is still flashing. Also, it didn't show the dollar amount that I paid for. It actually told me to go in to make payment. He annoyingly said don't just press the button and that I had to hold it down. I am writing this calmer than what he actually gestured because body language is a factor in displaying your annoyance, he was frustrated. I don't know what happened during the day. I don't know if I was the 100th person to ask a question , but I myself was very polite and pleasant, because I know this person is working and handling customers on a regular basis. And I was replied to as if I were a gas station idiot. Lol you never know maybe I am. But in my experience, all you have to do is press the button not hold it down . Maybe you could be kind and maybe not so much annoyed with your customers, especially not knowing if it's their first visit at this location. So three stars. One for location, one for traffic flow, and one for the amount of pumps. -2 for customer relations. Horrible first time impression, if you don't want to see your customers fix pay at pump option at number seven.

The peanuts is one of the main reasons I frequent Race trac. All the other locations have peanuts it just seems this one does what they want to do. Hence the one cashier no matter how many customers are in line. I see several employees and only ONE cashier. This location needs to do better. Honestly 8 minutes in line to purchase a soda is ridiculous.

On 11/23/2019, stopped in with my grand opening coupon for the free slice of pizza. l love FREE stuff! Picked up a Slurpee too--Cherry, Pina Colada & Light mix. Friendly associates thanked me for my purchase and wished me a good day. On 11/21/2019, Store is finally open. Clean, well-stocked shelves, helpful associates. It has a car wash and also a small food mart. The unleaded gas price is usually lower than many others in the vicinity, but not the lowest, as many other gas stations on State Road 7 have usually lower prices. The convenience store is tiny, but it does have some snacks, automotive supplies, cold beverages, canned goods and more.

Their breakfast burritos and hoagies are usually my go-to picks, but I decided to opt for the lunch burrito this time around. I no longer use the app since I moved to Georgia but luckily their online ordering system is just as convenient. Now the price of that burrito? Wild. They even charge extra for fajita style veggies :( But I'm greedy and the craving had already set in so $10 later, I had the burrito in my cart for curbside pickup. Upon arrival, we needed to gas up our rental a bit so I figured I'd just head inside anyways. When I walked up to the pickup area to let the team know that I was picking up an order that was supposed to be curbside, I didn't even get a hello. Zero acknowledgment, they just continued going about their business like I was a ghost. Awkwardddd. Luckily, a manager had just come from out the back and I got his attention telling him about my order. He apologized profusely and passed me my order which was sitting right there waiting to be passed onto me. I appreciated that! When I opened my (sealed) bag of goodies, I was pleasantly surprised at how big the burrito was. I see why it was so pricey honestly! It was packed with all the ingredients I chose (veggies, jalapeños, chicken, cheese, a bit of chipotle + salsa, and not too much rice/beans). This gas is typically one of the cheapest around and as you know Chevron gas contains techron which assists your vehicle to maintain a cleaner fuel system. To attain 5 stars however they need to ensure all their pumps have the clicker which holds the lever up while filling up in operable order. It is annoying to have to hold it for my Honda I can't imagine if I had a larger tank.
