I've stopped trusting them and checking myself because half the time they are still flagging you forward but they are not even looking at your car much less the tire. I have had to completely stop and wait for them to look because I knew was off even though he was blindly waving me forward. When he finally looked over he directed me to adjust my wheel. They other thing that can be highly frustrating with the pre-washers is most of them barely spray the front and sometimes don't do the back at all...they use to brush the grill so bugs will come off during the wash but I only get this every so often now. And when they do it's barely a brush at all right before the car enters the washers. It's an okay wash, nothing spectacular and I always have to do the grill myself because it's hardly ever clean especially after travel. I have a subscription with them but I'm going to try another company we have here. I tried them right after traveling in another city and it was unbelievably amazing. There were dried bugs and everything thing else on my car. When we came out of that car wash my car was sparkling! I have a subscription to Today's Car Wash but my car never gets clean like that. It also helps that the pre-washers actually spray the grills to get bugs off. I did not know about Mister car wash until that day. I'm really thinking of switching if this one is anything like the one I got to experience back home. Oh! And it was only like $26 I believe for the titanium wash (results were unbelievable!). I wanted clean, always hope for sparkling...from past experiences I never really expected too much but Mister Car Wash delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Even the hubby was impressed and he won't go to drive thru car washes bc he always has to finish the job anyway, especially on the grill. Oh! And your car doesn't come out dripping because there dryer at the end also has a huge towel that dries you off. I'm trying this one very soon! I would definitely recommend you try it out.
