I was the first one to arrive and decided to enter the store to grab some coffee and something to eat as the rest were due to arrive shortly. As I situated myself at the table, I sat my bag down and was about to walk to the drink station. Before I could proceed I was interrupted by the cashier as he came out from the office area; and what he said was unprofessional and uncalled for. Ken "these chairs are up for a reason". My reply, "I will be getting something to eat and drink, I'm a paying customer" Then Ken actually grabbed my chair and placed it back up on the table and said "you need to leave, you can't be up in here" I have never been treated like a second class citizen in Texas but that morning I had been. I will never give my business to an establishment that doesn't appreciate a paying customer. Furthermore, I will not spend a single penny at any Stripes establishment in the Killeen area!

Ghetto managers who are loud and obnoxious. No greeting when you enter the store. The dang latte and automated hot drink never work or it doesn't have mix. WHY?!? How do you change from one store to another and do not offer what a original 7/11 offers. No cheesecake bread, no tacos(loredo taco sucks), no wings, or pizza. These stores are NOT legit 7/11 stores. They are o longer welcomed. This is sickening! Bootleg 7/11s are not wanted.

I must say, I was impressed by how clean the entire facility was. I've been inside a few times now, and each visit has been met with a warm welcome from a very friendly gentleman who works there. Ever what the case, the remodel and look is very modern, up beat, clean, well stocked, bright and inviting. The selection is fantastic, there's a ton of variety, fresh food (for convenience store standards), lots of cold drinks (especially important in this hot hot hot temperature) and all sorts of other goodies.... plus fuel can't beat it. I do have to say, that upon walking in the store and there was a grim face behind the counter, she was near expressionless, I greeted her with a smile said how you doing today in my normally booming voice, received 0 back. Made my liquid selection, gathered my goodies and made my way to the counter where I was again greeted by an near expressionless attendant.... I take that back grim expressioned attendant. She rang up total, stated it and I paid using my car per norm.... she asked... receipt? I replied no thank you... may I have a sack? She snatches one from the dispenser shakes it put and hands it to me... i bag my own product and leave... i wish her a great day and turn to leave in the same silence i was greeted with.... hmmm. Mayhap Tyleea (sp) was just having a bad day... Hope it gets better or whatever the issues was gets ressolved... In summary... #GYSOT... Great store!!

I grabbed the vacuum hose, but when I placed it against my car, instead of sucking air, it acted like a water hose and soaked the entire vehicle. I immediately pulled it away and walked toward the office; an employee followed behind me and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation, and she said, "I'm sorry, but the first two vacuums aren't working. We usually park a car there to keep people from using them, but someone moved it." I asked, "Why don't you just put up an 'Out of Order' sign?" She replied, "They don't like that"--I'm not sure who she meant by "they"--to which I responded, "But that would actually work!" She offered, "If you want, I can call Chris [the supervisor]." I asked, "And what is he going to do? Is he going to dry my car for me?" I stood there drying my car myself, and no one came over to help; perhaps I had told her not to call him, but during the entire time I spent drying the car, no one even made an attempt to come out and check on me.
