I assume this is some dodge around the laws / agreements around credit cards that prohibit them for charging less for cash than for credit/debit. Anyways, it's cheap gas, although you end up paying for it some with the rigamarole of standing in line to charge the card. This station appears to be well maintained and more competitive that stations closer to Hobby. If there are any negatives in regards to fueling here while traveling to the airport it's the entrance which is on the opposite side of the boulevard and a U-turn is required to access it and exiting requires you to transverse a normally busy two lane road.
