The second young man was the one my son had spoken to on the phone and asked him to set aside my order. He completed the checkout and handed me my receipt. As I took the receipt, Colby said, "Mam, would you like me to put these on for you?" I told him I had considered asking him but it was way too hot. He smiled and said, "No, Mam. I can get this done in a couple of minutes" and he headed out the door. As soon as he finished, he said, "See, that didn't take long." I cannot tell you how impressed I was by the behavior of both young men. They are a wonderful asset to O'Reilly's reputation. I think they are both worthy of a raise (or at least a bonus). I had an issue with the A/C not cooling at all. I spoke with Jeremy, explained the problem and he promptly scheduled me in the following day at 9:00am. They performed a AC system service, checked for leaks and topped off the Freon (which was very low). Their charge for the service was very reasonable and I left a happy customer.
