Was immediately put in a bay. 3 loves employees present, never saw a service truck move. I did see a man with his feet up, someone outside wandering around and soneone messing atound at the service desk. After an hour i asked the guy at the desk how long he'd been on hold with crst(often happens), he replied he was about to start on my trailer. I gave him another 15mins, told him i was leaving and got my key. Went to the loves in Italy-was in and out in an hour. If we weren't required to fuel at Hillsboro Loves i would never stop there again.

There are 3 regular stalls & one handicapped stall in the restroom. So, if you are a group of women traveling together, this is a good place for you. There's plenty of space in the clean restroom also. I'm sure the mens room is similar but my husband was outside getting diesel. In the store area past the restaurant there are plenty of drinks & snacks. If you are a tourist & you want a basic souvenir then I love that there is a section in the corner for tourists with items that are reasonably priced. I walked inside to see multiple buckets catching the drips from the ceiling and a man behind the counter. I told him the situation and wanted the machine to work or get my money back. He went outside with me to see the machine and said it didn't work, "It's not even on. It doesn't work." he said. There was no sign or anything covering the coin slot. I wanted my money back. So, he went into an office and a different man came out. He said the machine was broken. I said I wanted my money back. He said the machine wasn't theirs. He refused to reimburse me a lousy 75 cents. I told him "I can handle losing 75 cents, but was it really worth was worth the bad review I will post?" Then I walked out, into the rain, and drove to the next gas station. Plus, I got gas and drinks there!
