I went to LH Dickens to request gas for a home that we where going to live in for a short period of…read moretime. I requested a partial fill instead of having the tank filled because we would not need that much gas for the time we would be there. I paid partial while I was there and then the remainder $133.54 when the driver came to put the gas into the tank. A few weeks later I received a bill stating that I owed several hundred dollars. I called to see what was going on and was told the delivery driver came out and accidentally filled up my tank which is on them, not me. When buying this home they the tank came with the home. We now have move and live in a new home and sold the home the gas was delivered to the new owners own the gas tank. I did not use 500 gallons of gas. It is still there in the tank. I do not see why I have to pay for a mistake that the company made. I do not have several hundreds dollars just laying around.
