I was traveling and caught a flat tire. pulled over at the sheetz ( which is suppose to be a safe place) only to end up dealing with the local police. the store closed at 11:30 on a Monday even thru it's a 24hr store. the manager said I had to leave I adv I'm NOT from out here only passing thru and caught a flat on the highway, I was waiting on a tow truck. a few moments went by and she came to me again saying she was going to call the police or the companys truck service if I didnt leave. I asked her do I put the car on my back like let's be serious. 5 mins later 2 henderson police officers pull up as if I was ready to rob the place. staying the manager wanted me off the property. I adv unless someone is going to change my tire we ALL will wait on the tow truck and then I will gladly leave. we did just that. I called the store the next day to see what the protocol was and they hung up in my face and did not answer. I reach out to corporate and havent heard anything back. The manager lied to the police stating I WOULD NOT leave instead of telling them WHY I couldn't leave. I am beyond traumatized and still confused on WHY the police was called for NO REASON If you from out of town passing through on the highway DO NOT i repeat DO NOT stop at this sheetz on ext 212. did I mention it was me and my wife 2 females. what threat were we like honestly

Please invest into disinfectant, scrubs and staff that will make sure that this restroom and establishment is a place where customers will come back to and not cringe.

They have CRUNCHY ICE!!! This is my favorite gas station to stop at. Years ago I had a lot of…read morepeople asking for money there so I stopped going but it has been ok in recent years. The ladies there working are usually really nice and pleasant. They are very adamant about greeting people when they walk in which I'm sure is to let people know I'm aware that you just walked in so don't do anything dumb but also to simply greet people. They have always been nice to me and keeps everything very clean and tidy. I will always stop by for crunch ice because it's not that easy to come by. The ice is only like 68 cents or so for a huge 44 oz cup. Also they have good cookies they bake there. I do have to say the cappuccino machine has been broken for a bit but I'm not taking a star off for it because everything else is good. I always feel comfortable going there.

I was on 30% which is the threshold in which Rose Oil requires you to call. Made the call and they said they would put me on the schedule for Monday 2/2/26. I was skeptical to wait that long but also at their mercy. Called the emergency number on 2/1/26 to notify Rose Oil that I was now on 10%, same response. Called 2/2/26 that I was now empty. Said I was on the route. Even after visiting their office on 2/3/26 and explaining that I have a baby and toddler I still have no propane and a cold house. Had to pack my family up and get a room. Was a great company until it was bought out by GPM Empire. Rose Oil owns the tank so no other company will fill.
