When I pulled out I stopped the truck and checked. As I was kicking the remainder of the mud off that I paid to have removed, a man came out and told me not to knock the mud off of my dirty truck, because other patrons who have a clean car would get the mud on their car. So apparently, even though I paid for a clean truck I have to take my mud somewhere else so that his other customers that didnt have a dirty car when they went to the car wash don't get dirty. I think what he should've said is that I get my money back. Their response to my Google review was that they are going to call my Boss to discuss my review. I understand bad days and not enjoying customer service (I wouldn't wish customer service on anyone) but I've never had a staff member pick a fight with me before I even entered the establishment. We went to open the door and found it was locked, so we tried the second door immediately after the first door since we were just a little confused. We weren't upset or vocally angry, we didn't even say a single word other than 'oh!', but the staff member commented, "It's not going to just open without a key" and when we tried to explain that we were just caught off guard, which is why we tried the second door, he then said, "Yeah, if one door's locked, usually the other one is too." Yes, we know this, but it's odd that a gas station we've been to a billion times, and will inevitably go to a billion more, was locked. He was exceptionally condescending, and I'd rather not have to pick a fight with the guy every single time I have to grab a drink from there.
