I really don't understand it, as a former cashier myself I just can't fathom that she can't figure out how to do a return when every single other worker there can. I wanted to try it as a Fountain Drink so, headed to Happy Hour at Sonic but, they didn't understand what I wanted and after speaking w the Manager. She said, there was not a button she could use to ring it up and would have to charge me for two different drinks! I gave her a suggestion on how to ring it up but, she said, it wouldn't work. So, I took my business to QT and made my own drink. That's how, I do it! Because, I'ma Elite All Star. Lol.. I'm so glad I did. QT offers sweet, sweet tea and adding the Sprite made is taste sweet and refreshing. It was like a sweet Fresca. Perfect for the summer heat. Tanesha helped me check out with a smile. She was also wearing a cute QT T- shirt! Say that five times. Lol. When I was leaving, I told her bye, see you next time and she enthusiasticaly said it back. Well your employee, think his name is Zee, gave me 4 tickets for 1 draw which was morning draw. I told him it is not what I wanted. He started to argue with me that I was wrong. I tried to explain to him that 4 draws were not 4 tickets that it was for morning, day, afternoon and night. He started to tell me again that I was wrong. He wouldn't take time to hear me. He started to be loud in front of vendors. I politely told him I work myself for a gas station. So he started to ask me how long have been working in a gas station. Well I said 5 years so he started to say that he has been working longer that me and made me fill like an idiot. So I said I dont want those tickets it's not what I want. He said I was wrong and he wouldn't take them back. So I left and he was still talking about me. So I talk to my manager and in afternoon we went back to your store. She told him how bad he treated me and he was still arguing with my manager. So she bought a ticket exactly like I told him earlier. She told him to apologize to me that you do not treat customers that way....That was my experience in your store and it was very bad and very unpleasant. I felt humiliated. So customer service was not at all there yesterday morning.
