Products are the same here as every other QT, with all of the prepackaged items, fountain drinks, coffee bar, hot roller bar, and the made to order kitchen. I grew up with QT in a time when they took a bit more pride in the quality of the appearance. Seems that's been downgraded.

This store on Clifford doesn't quite meet those standards. I contacted their corporate office about some issues I had with the store. They are frequently out of fountain sodas or the machines were broke. They did respond and seems like they've made improvements. My last communication though went unanswered. I emailed to let them know that they had vagrants loitering inside late at night and it was making customers feel unsafe. I've never seen this at any other QT. Maybe they need a new manager but this store doesn't seem to maintain the same standards as other stores. There's a 7-11 right down the street. Maybe they want my business.

Even if you do you don't come back unless you just like paying high prices for gas... and if that's you well stay away from 7-Eleven then... it's not for you! 7-Eleven is for the hard working type that is looking for a good price on gas and also has the spangled hats, 20 flavors of energy drinks, multi types of snacks, and tons of other stuff. So I should have needed approx 16-17 gal (based on my prev receipts) ... when I went inside to get my receipt (again - b/c they never have paper outside) it showed that I put 21.53 gal in. I went back inside to let them know that there is an issue - I was told that they don't have a customer service number but they had the "district manager" call me to tell me that they just re-calibrated these pumps recently & there was nothing that he would do because they are correct - essentially calling me a liar. The have casino games in a room off to the back left of the store and I have played there several times and dumped more money than I have ever won in there but I have came to this location for the past three years and would sometimes win and they always paid me the whole amount (even if it was over 1000) but today they want to pretend like they don't know who the vendor to the machines are and all of a sudden can't pay the whole amount, I hit for 750 on a hexakeno game and they only gave me 300 and sent me out the door after the guy tells me that his boss would be there to pay me the 750 in about an hour from the time that I had won the money so I wait for an hour and spend 50 on scratch offs inside the store only to receive a partial payment of 300 and he refused to pay me the remaining 450 that I had to won. but they don't ever have any problem with me putting money into the machines, I've put 500 shoot even 1000 into their machines before in one day and walked away broke but I didn't act this way! it's bad business and they are wrong for doing what they did to me today! if you don't have the money to pay the people out the cash that they had won then don't let them put money into the machines. simple as that l! We usually go to Murphy USA but when we were having a lot of problems with our Chevron gift card and there wasn't a Murphy open, we came over here and we got pretty cheap gas and good convenience store items from the CK, at average prices. It's a polite robot for sure, tho it's sometimes a dance to get around the little guy. This location has the new drink dispensers as well. No more hard switches on a wall full of fountains, it's one digital screen, select and fill. Was pretty cool.
