Not that they don't have a restroom, but they make it very clear that customers are not allowed to use them. They have a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts inside, gald to sell you all the beverages you want, but on the doors are big signs stating there's no public restroom. The young man behind the counter is a little jerk too. Extremely rude, horrible attitude towards his paying customers. If you like getting screwed this is the perfect spot. But if you want to spend your money somewhere where they actually appreciate you enough to treat you with basic dignity you should stay far away from here.

But when I went to…read moredo the windshields -- ALL FOUR of the squeegee/sponge wands were broken -- namely, someone had taken the sponges out of all four of them. That means that when you put the squeegee into the wiper fluids/dirty water, there is nothing to pick up because there is no sponge. And when you go to wipe down your screen, you have no fluid. This is really bad. It's part of the social contract people: I pay $40 on gas, you provide the handheld squeegee/sponge gizmos so I can clean my windshield. This Gulf is right next to the Comfort Inn & Suites near I-91 and I-95. I hope they take this constructive feedback.

The whole store is DISGUSTING and DIRTY…read more The bathroom smells AWFUL. There was NO TOILET PAPER or PAPER TOWELS. Floor was COVERED in what I imagine was urine. TRASH all over the bathroom floors. Hot dogs were COLD unlike their drinks because the cooler was BROKEN. The store manager is DOWN RIGHT RUDE! She keeps the office door open and she is constantly SWEARING within earshot of customers. Told me if I didn't like it I could GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. When asked what position they were hiring for, she said they weren't hiring, yet there are signs posted all over the store and the doors stating they're hiring part time. I couldn't work at that place, even if she paid me triple. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!! The store appears to be FAILING thanks to the CHILDISH attitude that she presents herself with along with most of the employees. They don't know how to ACT PROPERLY. There is so much DRAMA about who went out with who or who said what about so and so. It's unbelievable and UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially when people are sitting on COUNTERS throwing things about the store. She is a PUBLIC EMBARRASSMENT to herself and THE COMPANY. I work down the street and have been going to this store daily for over 5 years and have never had…read moreany issues until recently. The new staff is just outright rude and offensive. Specifically the gentleman that works in the mornings (I'm pretty sure he is the new manager). He never says anything other than a few inaudible grunts, never replies to any "Good morning"s or "Have a good day!"s, which I understand some people are just unpleasant and hate being at their jobs so I can live with that but it was what happened this week that was the final straw for me. I stopped there before work to grab the usual but I accidentally grabbed the wrong card from my wallet (a recently expired debit card) and when it was declined, the employee immediately snatched my items and told me to leave before I even realized what was going on. I was 100% sure there was money in my account so I was confused as to why it was declined. He refused to give me a reason (I'm not sure if there are different errors for things like expired card, wrong pin number, insufficient funds, etc) and just demanded that I leave the store (extremely rudely I will add) and even made a snide remark as I was walking out the door. This was extremely embarrassing and once I left the store and got back into my car, it hit me that I used my old card. Needless to say I decided to drive across the street to the other gas station and get what I needed there with my new card. After going to this store daily for 5+ years, I don't think I will be returning to this store and it is solely because of the disrespectful new manager. The staff at the gas station immediately across the street from them may not have a "fasmart rewards card" but they sure have something much more important and it's called RESPECT.

We recently bought a house in Middlefield and the owner left a pick up truck. He didn't leave a…read moretitle or a correct bill of sale and there was only an expired registration in the glove box. We spent weeks trying to find someone to just get this truck off our property. Even the police wouldn't come and get it as an abandoned vehicle. We finally got a hold of Wyatts and he came out the very next day to take this 20 year old rusted truck off our property. I can't tell you how happy I am to have that truck gone.
