Fortunately I received a full refund, but Ator continues to claim my video is "on its way". I called him out telling him he and I both know there is an issue with the video because if it was done he would have sent it with the refund check. I asked for him to just give me the un-edited footage so I can at least find someone responsible to put a video together for me. However, he just ignored my email. I advise anyone who is looking into hiring Extreme Vision Films to just run the opposite direction and if you are already in contract with them you should try to get out if before you are left without a video or your money. I haven't received my finished product. Be careful to choose them great work but their professionalism is obviously horrible. My wedding was 06/06/15 I've been in contact with them but I've also heard every excuse in the book. They haven't sent me my finish product or refund. I could go into tons of detail and really get into it, but I am going to simply state, that I was very dissatisfied. I received my video one day before my 5 month anniversary. Communication was awful and very frustrating. Be very weary prior to using the company. He does a relatively decent job at the videography part, but is even more careful not to show the flaws in the small clips posted in his portfolio. I would not recommend to my friends or family and am only writing a review because I don't want others to have a similar experience. read more
