The two others sadly were booked for our weekend so we had to go with Jennifer. It is shocking to me how many positive reviews she was able to gather, as she did about everything wrong on the day of our wedding and leading up to it at every step of the way. Jennifer was actually extremely rude to my wife the bride and insulting leading up to the wedding. She got things mixed up with our vendor and gave us false information and when called out about it and corrected she had a huge attitude about it to my now wife. On top of all of it on the day of our wedding and the day before she was useless. We had our grandmother arrange the flower setting as she had done event management and especially the flowers for decades and even being in her 80s could not be convinced to have us hire someone else for it. So the day before our wedding imagine my 85 year old grandmother setting up the flowers as Jennifer watched her do it. Not offering any help at all. How despicable of a human do you have to be not to mention us actually paying her money. On the day of she just absolutely failed us in every regard. On the day of this streak of absolute failure continued as she promptly forgot all her very few tasks like reminding all of our family to remain in the chapel for a couple of family pictures. This resulted in several family members missing on our whole family pictures. She also didn't do anything else and was mostly found chatting with her also useless assistant anytime she was approached. Somehow still pathetically running around with clipboard in her hands - for what you might ask. She was asked to safe a pice of wedding cake for the yearly anniversary tradition which she also forgot to do. Of course you pay her before the wedding making it impossible to retrieve your money even upon failure of delivery of contractually committed services.

I love Photos Just So! I've come to them three times now for photography, and each time I love them…read moremore than the last. They provide excellent service and gorgeous photos for incredibly reasonable prices. My husband and I first asked them to do a nice couples portrait for us on the UC Berkeley campus. We had never done any sort of portraits before (y'know, beyond those stiff, cheesy school photos back in the day), so we were a little nervous to start. Justin and his wife/assistant Dana immediately put us at ease with their friendly, professional manner. After a few shots my husband and I relaxed, and we got some wonderful photos to share as Xmas gifts (and yes, we even did some cheesy poses for fun). We came back to them a few years later for newborn photos for our first child. We arranged for them to visit us in the hospital, and I treasure those pictures above all others taken in that period. I had a difficult and unpleasant experience in the hospital (but that's for another Yelp review), but when I look at Justin's beautiful photos all I remember were the good moments, and how much Justin and Dana's calm, friendly visit cheered me up. They came to our home a few weeks later for part two of our newborn portrait package. Again, their bright manner made the afternoon special and fun. They did some lovely "candid" shots of us feeding our baby, then some more posed shots of the baby with some fun props they'd brought. As parents themselves, they know how to calmly and easily deal with a little newborn, and our little guy was as relaxed as a month-old could be. The pictures turned out AMAZING. Well, that baby is a year-and-a-half, and it's time for some family portraits. I know exactly who we're turning to!

So I started checking out different studios in the central valley and came across Unveiled Boudoir. I loved Koree's work and the before and afters, the black and white, the different sized models. I decided that life is too short and I should just go for it as a birthday gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I had my shoot almost a week ago, and let me tell you... this plus sized girl is still feeling like the beautiful, voluptuous, empowered woman that both Koree and Ramona saw in me! Ramona did such an outstanding job on my hair and makeup, and Koree went through the outfits I brought and determined, which she thought would be best for the shoot and me. I tell you what... she was right!
