I placed my order on November 29th, 2013 for a bed, dresser with mirror and night stand. They promised that I can pickup all the items before Christmas and everything was all set until I receive a call from value city before a week to delivery date and they said they are missing head stand and night stand. I got upset and after speaking with their regional manager, he gave me free shipping to my house and promised to deliver all the items on January 15th. I received a call again just two days prior to new delivery date and when I asked about the missing items they said they are still missing and they will arrive around 15th February. I told them to deliver everything together and today when I just received the delivery, head stand for bed and night stand are still missing and the delivery gentlemen said the missing will be coming on March 11th. He told me the that someone just ordered the missing items yesterday.
