We had such a great experience! We received the Dueling Adventure as a gift, and we chose the wheel loaders. We had a blast. Jake was a wonderful instructor, explaining everything very clearly and offering friendly advice while still letting us go play and do our thing. The equipment is modern, clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this for anybody looking for something unique. The price is a little steep, but you get an amazing experience for the money.

Very unique experience. We ended up getting there half an hour early because I wasn't sure how much additional time the detour would take. Because of the mass amount of rain we've been getting, the more direct route was closed. Fortunately they emailed us a couple days in advance an alternate route. It was kind of a long drive through farm fields, but it was worth it. I got a livingsocial coupon otherwise it would have been really expensive. Cancellation policy seems pretty strict needing a 72 hour or more notice for a full refund, anything less is only a 50% to zero refund, 48 hour and less I believe. Only reason why I paid attention was my boyfriend was feeling pretty sick at the beginning of the week and we weren't sure if he would be feeling up to it on Friday. Training vids were pretty straightforward and we opted to use a video drone to take footage of us when we were out on the course. I didn't want to fiddle with my phone while operating an excavator anyway although it would have been nice to take a picture of the car I lifted. The only thing that worried me was how I got blank stares when I asked for my wristlet back since they promised they would store it in the office for me. Silly me, what did I expect from a bunch of guys. They didn't know what a wristlet was. After I explained it was kind of like a black purse it was returned to me safe and sound. They definitely had a sense of humor and lots of patience teaching noobs like me and my boyfriend how to operate the equipment. It wasn't just digging holes either. There was an obstacle course to drive around and play with tennis balls, cones, basketballs, tires, hills, etc.

We did this for our small company retreat and it was amazing! The trainers are super friendly and gave us lots of confidence with the equipment. It was so much fun to play and tear up the ground in these. Highly recommend.

Our team went for a team building. It was great. We each drove three pieces of equipment, dug holes, made hills, drove through ditches and over mounds of sand. It is a truly unique and enjoyable experience.

What a fantastic birthday present. My brother and I ran excavators for an hour and a half thanks to our wives giving it to us as a birthday present. So much fun. Adam, our instructor, was great; really funny and made it so easy. I would highly recommend this!

Had an amazing time. Justin was fantastic! Something you just gotta do.

Such a fun experience :-) We did bulldozers - the obstacle course was great. Our trainer Nicole was knowledgeable and awesome!

I had a great experience, from digging holes, to playing golf, to picking up a car, all while in an excavator.

I started seeing the billboards around town and looked up more about Crystal Cave. We decided to…read moremake a visit and were pleasantly surprised! It's about a $$$ rating on cost, but is really well organized with a variety of things to do. They have picnic areas, mini golf, trails and gift shop. Not much for concessions so bring your own food if looking to eat. We did the cave tour and gem mining. Tour was about an hour, advance reservations recommended. I had two 6 year olds and they had a blast, they got cold but not too bad. The tour guides do a great job explaining the history, what you're looking at and all kinds of cave facts. It's big inside, there are low spots but you don't really feel claustrophobic if that's something you're concerned about. Gem Mining was a good time, kids were super excited about the treasures they got to bring home. If you're looking for a different activity to do with the kids, adults or family then you should check it out "!

I went here for a second-grade field trip (don't worry, I'm not a second grader, just a chaperone…read moreLOL). The long, hot, and noisy bus ride to Spring Valley was well worth it to spend an afternoon here. Don't let the name fool you, there aren't any crystals in the cave (that I know of) but it's still a riot! I especially enjoyed the story about Charlie the caveman. I'm not going to spoil anything, but I heavily respect the management's creativity to make an intricate story out of rock formations LOL! Rock and history enthusiasts (like me) will especially enjoy the cave (just be mindful it's cold down deep) Spelunk on!

Plenty of rides in the kids area that kept them busy for hours. Loved that this day the lines were very minimal so we did not have to wait long to get on the rides. Rides were age appropriate but as an adult I don't remember them being so scary! I liked the option of being able to go on some of the kid rides with them. The big thrill rides had much longer lines so we were not able to ride a ton of those but we did get to take our 8 year old on some and she loved it. The picnic area was great, the food was filling and we loved the drink options! Very clean and plenty of seating. The newly remodeled waterpark was amazing. So many new things available for all ages. Lots of seating but a lot of people had their stuff on the seats even though they weren't sitting there so that was a bit frustrating. Lockers are very expensive! Season pass is definitely worth it if you plan on coming a few times, for me the waterpark would be worth it since I can't do a lot of rides anymore.

Logistically, everything is so expensive! The tickets to enter, parking, lockers at the water park, the food/drinks are unreasonably priced (in my opinion). However, it's a fun place to visit and there is lots to do. I recommend arriving as soon as they open so you can have a couple of hours of little to no lines for the rides. The standout ride for me is the Corkskrew, while it looks terrifying with its twists and upside down turns, it's not too tall (compared to other coasters) and it's really fun. We really enjoyed the waterpark, they have a wave pool, a really nice lazy river, many slides and areas to lounge. The food is mediocre, my favorite thing was the Mac and cheese which was surprisingly flavorful!
