If you text him, he responds. He's completed several repairs on my boat and all were expertly done. Recently, my boat took on water from the heavy rains this past weekend. My battery drained and the compartment flooded so no power was going to my bilge pump. I called Ernesto and he came out within 30 minutes. He helped me bail water until Maria could arrive with an auxillary pump. He saved my boat from sinking! I would highly recommend Marea Marine to family & friends.

I have a certificate that states that the cruise has NO expiration date and no restrictions. When I went to try to use it. I called numerous times then someone finally got back to me. She asked for a copy of the certificate. I sent it and she stated that her team would look into the availability. I never hear anything again. When I circled back to find out what the status was of my request. I was told that they would not honor the certificate and because it expired. The owner Ralph Navarro state I was correct and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted it honored I could go to Mexico where there boats are currently. And then he sarcastically said "Good Luck". The company is not reputable and to tick off a potential customer when all I requested was for them to honor the certificate show the type of dishonest and bait and switch tactics this company uses. I wouldn't trust them and will never use them.

Kept me updated, located at a marina with a lift so I was able to boat there instead of having to drag the boat over with a trailer. Pricing was fair, they use authentic parts, warranty their work. They won't sell you on repairs you don't need or can put off. When contacting them, think doctor's office - busy, might take a day to get back to you - as they are often off-site. But good luck finding someone good who will turn your boat around in Miami in 1 or 2 days without costing you an arm and a leg.

I've used them to upgrade my audio equipment, upgrade the wiring/electronics on my two Mercury outboards and countless other repairs. They've been extremely patient with myself and my father, who isn't the easiest to work with. I've brought up repairs and they've flat out told me I didn't need them, even though they would have made more money by doing so (ended up being something else). Years later, my boat is still running strong and I can't help but to credit it to these guys. I even had issues once after a repair (because of my own dumb fault) and Johnny personally came to my house to check out the boat, which ended up being entirely user error. Fact is... boats are expensive and they'll always need repairs. At least with these guys you know you're only paying what you have to. Can't recommend these guys enough.
