Well, come to find out they couldn't play fortnite and my son was extremely bummed. We ended up having the game bus leave early, because the kids were bored. Also, some of the other games the kids wanted to play they didn't have in either. Honestly, wished I was told Fortnite wasn't working before starting the rental time. Talked to the host and he said apparently Fortnite hadn't worked for other parties and something may be wrong with their Hotspot internet. I wondered if they could have hopped onto my wifi and just made it worked but I didn't get an answer.

When it was finally up and running, we went into the truck and there were only five tv's, not seven and it was incredibly hot inside. The game systems took about 20 minutes to load after we got into the truck and had incredibly high ping which made graphics weird and response time slow. It was also very, very hot inside the truck. I came back inside and turned on our gaming system to see if it was the internet but everything was working fine on our system. The VR system wasn't working for quite some time which made it where only four screens were working. Because it was so hot and limited ability to play, the boys would frequently come back inside. At one point, all ten kids were inside and when I sent one out to see if anyone was in the truck, the guy in there had fallen asleep. From my opinion, this was a huge waste of money. Super disappointing and definitely NOT as advertised.

They said they'd arrive 20min early for their set up…read more They arrived when the kids were supposed to go in and then made the kids stand outside for 20min waiting for the attendant to "clean" not sure why it wouldn't arrive clean. Then several parents messaged me after the party saying how rude the attendant was to the kids which was so embarrassing for me. I emailed the owner who apparently was the attendant and this was the response I got. No accountability no partial refund etc. I would NOT recommend.
