Other flooring estimators advised us to do the same. James arrived on the scene, looked over our case and advised that we could sand and poly our existing hardwood. In his view, new flooring wasn't necessary. He also advised us that he felt confident that he could remove the most wicked stain ever out of a carpet. And he was right! His work is nothing short of outstanding. He was quick, efficient, thorough, clean on the wrap and had a great attitude. I adore contractors who take pride in their work and James is exceptional.
