Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions. He also provided detailed estimates and priced his services very reasonably. As others have noted, he and his team are punctual, neat and efficient. Extremely professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I had all the remaining carpet in my home removed which consisted of 3 bedrooms, a hallway 27 steps and a family room. After flooring they returned to re do as the matte was too matte, after 4 months I noticed splitting in the cracks of the coating. It took 15 years to see the cracks on the first coating done professionally. I believe they watered down or thinned down the coating. This is why the 3.5 rating. The original crew showed up on time but did a poor job on the steps. Owner had to come back and re-paint the walls on the stairs. Due to rain, they coated in a small foyer where light was very low the walls o the stairs, when looked in daylight very uneven coating. It is now one year since they have been here, and I see the floors deteriorating much faster. I would do more research on the company before hiring them. There price was reasonable, but the project grew from one room to two rooms and then a stairwell, then a hallway and then one more room. All due to color and rooms flowing into each other. The color has to match. They accommodated me well, but I think the quality was on the poor side.

How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great. Just wish there was a little more communication/information, but i would recommend them.
