He had an excuse every week thereafter as to why he couldn't start. On September 21, he came up with yet another excuse as to why he wasn't here to do the job. We told him we no longer wanted his services. He admitted he spent our deposit and we had to wait until he closed on a job and started another in order to use those customers money to pay us back. Eventually he did, holding out $250 stating we broke a contract. Really? Over two months later and you never started the job and we broke a contract??? Not to mention the "professional attire" he showed up in!!!!
