It's unsafe, we are concerned, now that it is a known hazard, that we will be sued when people try to walk down our front sidewalk -we've already had two people trip. Driveway is also a disappointment, with two significantly lower places and cracks already I would certainly not recommend him or the company, considering that he won't make it right. I've spoken to three masons. They were dismayed. No one wants to clean up this mess.

The difference for us - Jason's professional presentation, knowledge of current Florida regulations and experience in the community. All of our questions and concerns were responded to directly. He toured the property to understand landscape conditions which lead to how the removal sequence would work. Project was on-time and per schedule. One final comment - requested Jason to return a few months later as we had some questions - he responded by showing up at the house that day and answered all questions. You simply can't go wrong.

I hope everything's OK with them, but a call or email response would have been the right thing to do.

Also, we have a large crevice in the yard after his guys tried to fix that. Stuff happens. Not concerned about that. After all, Jerry looked me in the eye and said he guarantees all his work. Well, I can tell you that he doesn't. I could hear him cussing me out over the phone because when I asked him about the hole in the yard he thought I was complaining about a piece of missing sod. I was not and he would have known that if he had bothered to show up and check it out. We are now in the position that we have a quote for $5k to fix what he did. Wish we had chosen someone else. I am afraid to ask him about this as he might cuss me out again.

The last roof placed on our home was done by a company that never drew a county permit. This…read morecaused us much trouble as property insurance corporations pull those permits to prove the year the roof was replaced. So I spent considerable amount of time searching for a roofing company that was reliable and yet affordable. I contacted several such companies, regarding a new roof and skylight and McKeithan and Sons were the first to respond. I found the receptionist to be warm and helpful. Although we interviewed 2 other well-respected roofing companies, our experience just flowed very smoothly. The representative, Travis, was very informative, answered all of our questions, and we were impressed with his knowledge and genuine, helpful attitude. We were kept informed of the date and time the roofers would arrive, so their were no surprise knocks on the door! We recieved a contract explaining all the details within days of agreement. The men worked arrived at 7:30, and steadily worked hard until they got the roof completed by 5:30 PM. The workers were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up any and all debris and placed in a portable dumpster. The next day this dumpster was picked up and removed by 9PM. Later in the day,Travis arrived to inspect the roof, the surrounding yard, and found a couple of nails, in an odd place too hard for the roofer's magnets to locate. Such a thorough job. Now, this is what I'm talking about. Why can't we get this kind of service from other company/corporate services? Perhaps because McKeithen and Sons is family owned and is local and has 40 years of experience in serving the Tallahassee citizenry. shop local whenever you can.

From the initial evaluation to the final jack being installed, the crew was extremely professional and proficient at their craft. Patrick, the crew foreman was excellent at explaining each task and going into detail eliminating any area of question or doubt. Alex and Dale were part of the Support crew of which neither stood idle and the job finished on time as promised thanks to their good work ethic. The Poly level crew Kalen and Jace were in and out so quickly, it seemed unreal, and hardly a trace of the holes drilled to apply expandable foam can be seen. Great Job! We had two buildings that were in need of foundation work. Two quotes accomplished between Shore Up Foundation Repair and one other competitor. The competition had a price tag that of 86% more in cost putting it well above $100,000 for repairs. No complaints about the other company other than the extremely high price. Shore Up Foundation Repair matched recommended repairs same as their competition without knowing that we had another quote. This provided some comfort knowing two professionals are pointing out almost verbatim the same areas of concern. The big difference is that Shore Up Foundation Repair did the job for a fraction of the cost requested by its competition. Overall, the crew was extremely professional, finished on time as promised, and the quality of work is excellent. The price was affordable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm so glad I followed my gut and hired ShoreUp Foundation! I cannot say enough great things about Eric and his team. They are fair, honest, and deeply committed to ethics. Our home turned out to be a challenging project with plenty of unexpected obstacles, but the crew never once complained. They even had to fend off hornets! Adlai and his team--Kalen and Wesley--took exceptional care of us and eased every concern I had. Not only were they able to stop further movement, but they also managed to get our brick back to its original placement. Their pricing is very fair, and they never try to upsell unnecessary additions (like a new lintel or extra piers) the way some other companies I spoke with did. The military discount was an added bonus and genuinely appreciated. To give you an idea of the caliber of this company: when I mentioned to the owner, Eric, that I'd been having a somewhat challenging time finding work after moving here, he immediately texted his dad--who's in the same industry--to keep an eye out for opportunities for me. That level of kindness and genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the type of people you're trusting with your home. Please heed my advice as someone who is highly particular: hire ShoreUp Foundation. You simply won't find a more respectful, kind, and professional team.
