He came out yesterday and gave me a quote and came out today and cleaned the roof. I had ferns growing on the north side of my roof. You would have thought my house was on the European countryside. He blocked all the plant life on the ground with tarps to protect them, cleaned my sky lights, and went above my request and cleaned the fascia.

After we described what we wanted - great he said he'd get back to us with a quote. I never heard anything back. I hope everything's OK with them, but a call or email response would have been the right thing to do.

We hired Jerry to replace our sprinkler system and fix the landscaping after our pool build…read more Sprinkler system is good as far as we can tell. Pool floods after he "fixed " the drainage. Also, we have a large crevice in the yard after his guys tried to fix that. Stuff happens. Not concerned about that. After all, Jerry looked me in the eye and said he guarantees all his work. Well, I can tell you that he doesn't. I could hear him cussing me out over the phone because when I asked him about the hole in the yard he thought I was complaining about a piece of missing sod. I was not and he would have known that if he had bothered to show up and check it out. We are now in the position that we have a quote for $5k to fix what he did. Wish we had chosen someone else. I am afraid to ask him about this as he might cuss me out again.

I hired Casey to mow my yard and trim the shrubs on either side of my house…read more He said he'd be unable to mow and trim on the same day, so he mowed the grass and said he'd be back the following day to trim the shrubs. A week later my shrubs were still uncut, I reached out to Casey and he said he'd be by soon. He finally comes and I asked him to trim the shrubs on all sides, including the side that was closest to my exterior wall. I paid him before the job was completed because I had to go to work (I know rookie mistake). I get home to find that the shrubs had only been cut on one side. Additionally he only trimmed some of the shrubs on the right side of my house and not the left side. We had agreed on both sides. I contacted Casey and he said he forgot his ladder and will have to come back the following day. The following 3 weeks I spent contacting Casey asking him to finish the job. Needless to say, he never came back. I'm extremely disappointed.
