When I tried to cancel, she made the process unnecessarily difficult and tried to guilt me into paying for another month I wasn't going to use. Instead of handling it like a professional business, she turned it personal, which was disappointing. On top of that, the gym has had a very high turnover of trainers and staff. Most of the people I originally trained with are long gone, and many of my friends who joined with me have also left. The workouts and trainers deserve credit, but the owner's attitude and approach to members is what ruined it for me. If you're considering this gym, I'd suggest thinking twice.

Full service in this location. Then we get into the class which has an open studio policy 10 minute before class. Coach Dave was awesome today. The class itself was a 2g which I typically don't like but was able to get through it no complaints. This would definitely be my 2nd choice for when I need to be in dtla if my home OTF or favorite coach isn't teaching.

I even brought with me two of my friends! Because i was confident about Paul! I just knew they'd love him!! And it's definitely something i needed way more than anticipated during this tough times! They provide cleaning equipment including sanitizers as well. It's really hard to find a gym that has a combination of great programming, coaches and a support system and here at Muse I found it all. The programming is great - I have only been working out here for a few months and have already gained so much more strength than before and also got better at so many movements. Every time we finish a workout cycle, which is typically 5-6 weeks, I see atleast 95% of the people hit a PR (personal record), which is incredible! It tells you that the program is created with a purpose and it's working. The coaches - I can't thank everyone for giving me tips and always helping get better. They all are so talented and have a lot of experience. Not to mention, down to earth. They know my strength and capabilities better than I do! People - for me community matters the MOST! From Day 1 everyone has been supportive and pushes me to get better. It basically feels like family and I have developed friendship with a lot of people. There is no one I have seen who is not willing to help and there is zero judgement environment. Equipment - they have one of the best and cleanest equipment I have seen at CrossFit gyms. CrossFit can be intimidating but it's the community and coaches that can help people get over that intimidation - Muse has it all. If you have been looking to step up your exercise and healthy game, give them a try!
