I was then charged an additional $150 cleaning fee. In hindsight, I wouldn't rent this again, especially for toddlers. A bounce house marketed for ages 0-5 doesn't seem very practical if it can't handle the kinds of messes that naturally come with little kids. It's a lovely idea aesthetically, but it ended up being more stressful and costly than expected. Live and learn!

Another thing is that some of the staff were not talking with the girls to make it more fun while getting the services. The owners daughter (im bad with names) was very friendly and was talking to the girls and myself . She made the whole experience memorable from the moment we got there. She made sure my son and husband were comfy while waiting for the girls to finish by giving them chairs and pillows and putting a movie for them.
